Be kind. Submit genuine finds. Respect people’s privacy. Report problems using the in-game controls or email help@streetbingo.gg.
1. Treat players with respect
No harassment, threats, hateful or discriminatory content, sexual content, exploitation, doxxing or impersonation. This applies to display names, chat, board titles, descriptions and submitted evidence. Do not pressure anyone to share personal information or contact you outside the game.
2. Keep finds and voting fair
Submit evidence that genuinely shows the requested item or daily prompt. Vote based on the evidence, not friendships or retaliation. Do not use alternate accounts, coordinated vote manipulation, fabricated images, scripts or exploits to gain an unfair advantage. Tell us about bugs instead of abusing them.
3. Respect privacy and other people’s work
Do not share private messages, personal contact details, identifying information about children, or content you do not have permission to share. Do not use Street View to target or harass a person or expose their home. Keep custom boards suitable for a service used by teenagers and adults. Follow Google’s rules when using its imagery.
4. Report, mute and appeal
Use player and message report controls for in-game problems, or report an inappropriate Daily Discovery entry using its menu. Muting is available for chat; you can unmute through the player controls. For community boards or anything without a report control, email help@streetbingo.gg with the page URL and a short explanation.
Reports are reviewed by moderators. We may remove content, reverse unfair rewards or restrict accounts depending on seriousness and repetition. To appeal, email help@streetbingo.gg with the decision and why you think it should change. Do not post someone else’s personal information as part of a public complaint.
5. Play safely
Street Bingo is a virtual game. Do not trespass, drive while playing or put yourself at risk to find an item. If there is an immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service; the game’s report system is not an emergency channel. Players must be 13 or older, with parental permission under 18.
