Street Bingo is operated by Streetbingo. Contact help@streetbingo.gg for support or questions about these policies.
These terms apply when you use Street Bingo as a guest or account holder. Please read them before playing or purchasing. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information; our Community Guidelines are part of these play rules.
2. Age, accounts and guest play
You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to play and their authorisation for any paid purchase. Do not create an account or buy a membership using someone else’s details without permission.
Choose a suitable display name, provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if your account may have been compromised. Do not share or sell accounts, impersonate others or evade moderation using extra accounts. Guest progress may not carry across browsers or devices and can be lost when storage is cleared.
3. Playing and submitting content
Use genuine evidence that matches the item or daily prompt. Do not fabricate finds, manipulate votes, exploit bugs, automate play unfairly or interfere with other players. XP, levels, frames, titles and game scores have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. We may correct errors or reverse rewards obtained unfairly.
Street Bingo uses virtual exploration. You do not need to travel to a scene, enter private property or put yourself at risk. Do not use the game while driving. Google Maps and Street View are separate services with their own terms, availability and imagery; Street Bingo is not sponsored by or affiliated with Google.
4. Your boards, messages and evidence
You retain any rights you have in your original content. By submitting it, you give Streetbingo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display and share it as needed to run the game, show your chosen public content and moderate reports. You must have the right to share it. This does not transfer ownership of Google imagery or other third-party material to us or to you.
You can edit or delete your boards using their controls. Deletion may not change boards already used in a match, other players’ history, necessary report evidence or backups awaiting normal removal. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, sexual, exploitative or privacy-invasive content. Public features are visible to other people.
5. Limitless subscriptions
Limitless currently costs £2.99 per month in GBP. The checkout shows the applicable total and billing frequency before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled. We will provide notice of material price or subscription changes before they apply, and you can cancel future renewal.
Cancel through Manage membership and the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. For a refund of an eligible purchase, follow the separate Refund Policy. Deleting an account or leaving a game is not the subscription cancellation control; contact us if you cannot access billing.
Our voluntary full-refund offer applies when you request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid Limitless purchase. It does not automatically cover renewal payments or later re-purchases. Your statutory cancellation and consumer rights are unaffected, including any rights that apply to a renewal.
Complimentary founding-tester access does not automatically become a paid subscription and requires no card. Free allowances, promotions and available features can change, but a change will not remove rights you already have for a paid purchase. We will address material reductions to paid services fairly, including remedies required by law.
6. Moderation and service availability
We may remove content, correct scores or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address breaches, fraud, safety risks or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain our decision. You can appeal to help@streetbingo.gg with the relevant account, room or entry details. A restriction does not remove your statutory consumer rights.
We aim to keep the game available, but maintenance, faults and third-party outages may interrupt play. We may improve or change features over time. If we discontinue a paid service, we will give reasonable notice where possible and provide any refund or other remedy you are legally entitled to.
7. Responsibility and your consumer rights
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing here limits your statutory rights relating to services or digital content.
The game is supplied for personal entertainment. You are responsible for your internet connection and compatible device. We are not responsible for matters outside our reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption. Our branding, software and original game assets may not be copied or resold without permission except where the law allows.
8. Questions, complaints and changes
For complaints, email help@streetbingo.gg and describe what happened and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the issue and reply. These terms do not take away mandatory protections or court rights available where you live.
We may update these terms for changes to the service or legal requirements. Significant changes will be brought to your attention where appropriate. The updated date identifies the current version; new terms do not retrospectively remove an existing refund right.
