1. Our 14-day offer
You can request a full refund of your first paid Street Bingo Limitless purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason, and using the membership during that period does not disqualify you from this voluntary offer. The time of your request determines whether you are within the window, not when we reply.
The voluntary offer covers the first purchase only. It does not automatically cover monthly renewals, later re-purchases or purchases outside the 14-day window. This is additional to, and does not replace, any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights you have by law.
2. How to request your refund
Email help@streetbingo.gg with:
- The email address used for your Street Bingo account.
- The purchase date and, if available, the Stripe receipt or transaction reference.
- A short statement that you would like a refund.
Never send your password, full card number or security code. If you cannot access your account email, tell us so we can arrange an appropriate identity check.
3. What happens next
We review the purchase and confirm the outcome by email. Eligible refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; we do not charge a refund administration fee. We aim to issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the information needed to verify the request. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display it. Any shorter deadline required by law takes priority.
When we refund the first purchase in full, we will end the associated paid access and cancel its future renewal. Your Free account and existing game progress remain unless you separately request account deletion.
4. Cancellation and renewal payments
To stop future charges, cancel in Manage membership using the Stripe billing portal before the next renewal. Ordinary cancellation keeps paid access until the end of the paid period and does not itself request a refund.
If a renewal was charged in error, a cancellation did not work, or you believe the service was not supplied as promised, contact us. We will investigate and apply your legal rights. Renewal payments are excluded only from our voluntary first-purchase offer, not from refunds or cancellation rights required by law.
5. Your statutory rights
You may have separate rights to cancel a distance purchase or obtain a remedy for faulty, unavailable or misdescribed services or digital content. Those rights can apply outside our 14-day offer. Nothing in this policy requires you to waive them, makes a statutory refund conditional on our discretion, or limits a legal right to complain or seek a remedy.
