Include your display name, the account email if relevant, the room code or page URL and a description of what happened. A screenshot can help, but hide other people’s personal information.
Memberships and refunds
You can update payment details, view invoices or stop renewal in Manage membership. For an eligible first-purchase refund, contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase. Read the Refund Policy for the details.
Privacy and account deletion
Use account settings to request deletion, or email us to exercise a data right or ask a privacy question. We may verify your identity before sharing or deleting account information. Our Privacy Policy explains the process.
Community reports and appeals
Use in-game report controls when available, or email the relevant entry, board or room details. To challenge a moderation decision, explain which decision you are appealing and why. See the Community Guidelines.
